Refund policy

Timeframe for Returns: Customers have 14 days to initiate a return from the date of purchase.

Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must: contact customer support & fill out the return form.

Refund or Exchange Options: Customers will receive a refund OR exchange. 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 6 business days upon receipt of the returned items.

Exceptions: Customized items, as well as items bought at a discounted rate are non-returnable.
